We have updated our shipping

Trip Man has now updated our shipping to improve our customer service experience. All parcels are now sent using a Royal Mail Tracked service.

This will improve the quality of our parcel delivery and ensure customers can track their order on-line, using the Royal Mail Website. All parcels will have the correct amount of insurance for the value of their order. We think these services will give extra peace of mind.

UK tracked services have these benefits:

• Tracking to delivery point
• Photo on delivery
• Text or email notifications to recipients
  
• Compensation cover up to £150
• Change your delivery options before delivery is attempted

The international tracked services include the following benefits:

• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days 
• Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
• Fully tracked to delivery point
• Online delivery confirmation
• Free returns for undelivered items

It has been necessary to change some of the prices for our shipping due to Royal Mail price increases. By adding tracked services, we believe this still represents good value for money.
